China makes advances in metal forming machine tools, expert says

CNC turret punch For instance, Jiangsu Yawei Machine-Tool Co Ltd launches two 300 KN CNC turret punches, Models HPI-3048 and HPI-3044, with core technology and main components supplied by Nisshinbo of Japan. Hubei Sanhuan (Huangshi) Metalforming Equipment Co Ltd launches two 200 KN CNC turret punches, Models Parma 1225 and Verona 1225. They are actually the latest products from LVD/Strippit of Belgium. CNC punching-shearing machine The PS31250 CNC hydraulic punching-shearing machine from Jinan Zhuduansuo Jiemai Machinery Co Ltd delivers nominal forces of 300NG (punching) and 280KN (shearing) with Fanuc 18i CNC system. The position of top and bottom dead centers can be automatically set. The gap between cutting tools is programmable. The shift between punching and shearing processes is automatic. In addition, the automatic programming software provided can optimize the toolpath, marker making, and so on, thereby increasing processing efficiency and saving materials. Jiangsu Jinfangyuan CNC Machine Co Ltd's APSS type CNC punching-shearing machine is equipped with the hydraulic system drive from Bosch-Rexroth, as well as an intelligent clamp which can be programmed for automatic displacement. It also features an alert function to report falling off of metal sheets from the machine. Jinan VOLSZ Numerically Controlled Machinery Co Ltd launches its patented 300KN pneumatic folding machine Model AB-3012. With pneumatic-driven rams, it delivers benefits like low noise, fast speed, and energy saving. Mechanical press Xuzhou Metalforming Machine Factory launches a 800KN high-speed precision pressing line, comprised of a JF75G-80A press and an auto leveler cradle. It features high strength, high dynamic precision, and high motion stability. High-pressure waterjet Following an increasing awareness in environmental protection, more Chinese machine tool builders are investing in the development of high-pressure waterjets.
