The DS1200-MTL is a turnkey robotic system designed to load and

unload parts at turning centers, and reduce the need for operator tending. Distech Systems says the system is compatible with most turning centers. It is a compact system that accepts stacks of trays from carts and feeds parts directly into the spindle, fixture or the turning center's internal loader.

 The ability to perform secondary operations such as part washing, packout and stacking allows the system to operate as a versatile workcell. The robot can also load and unload auxiliary equipment during the machining process.
