Touchwood DF56

Developed by Touchwood, DF56 uses an advanced imaging system that measures door openings. The data is then forwarded to CNC machines to manufacture precise and ready to install doors.

The accuracy of DF56 means the final product fits the frame perfectly, saving installation time and on-site adjustments and therefore, reducing inconvenience to the client.

Touchwood Fire Tech

Developed by Touchwood, Fire Tech system is specifically designed for maintenance and inspection of fire doors.

Fire Tech system is installed on Touchwood Fire Doors’ field technician’s PDAs and allows them to have access to up to date and historical information of all Touchwood maintained and inspected doors in a building. It enables Touchwood Fire Doors to email reports and print log books and service reports on-site.

Touchwood Fire Track

Developed by Touchwood, Fire Track is an online system that allows customers to order and track orders online. Customers are provided with a unique security code that gives them access to the system, therefore, customers can monitor their orders and are kept up to date all the time.

Touchwood Fast Track

A special service developed by Touchwood for clients who require urgent doors. Touchwood will process the doors faster than the standard lead time. If this service is required an additional fee will be charged and lead time is subject to confirmation by Touchwood.
