As a replacement for the Robofil 240 wire EDM, Charmilles' Robofil

240SL highlights a lower head.
This head, coupled with symmetrical XY and UV tables, lets the machine handle taper angles up to 30° to full part height, and there is a 3D partalignment system for heavy and tall parts. Instead of two filters, the 240SL's filter system has four, which increases individual filter life 2.5 times.
