Brereton & Co provide Micronair’s dust extraction system, an advanced  CLEAN-FLOW series of dust extractors The CLEAN-FLOW range of dust extraction system allows smaller machine footprint to meet the need for a clean work environment and reductions in operating costs where the workshops have a range of machines with increased dust volumes and a wide variety of pressure and flow requirements. This machine provides a consistent high level of dust extraction to ensure effective removal of waste material generated by the likes of CNC router and edge banders. The CLEAN-FLOW design has combined the reverse pulse technology with a range of high pressure, high efficiency fans to provide waste material removal at the same time reducing power consumption, reducing the levels of work place dust, and improving tooling and machine life. Each machine is designed and built from powder-coated steel with stainless steel fittings and enables the units to be installed either inside the factory or outside. The fully sealed design makes it weatherproof. With air volumes ranging from 1,300m3/hr to 10,000m3/hr and the flexibility of either a wheelie bin or dump bin, the CLEAN-FLOW range of dust extractors is ideally suited to the small to medium sized factory or workshop. The CLEAN-FLOW range can be fitted over a 1.5-3m3-dump bin.
