September the 17th saw the delivery of a 2nd HTC10HCF coiling machine to Airedale Springs premises. September the 17th saw the delivery of a 2nd HTC10HCF coiling machine to Airedale Springs premises. The machine was installed and commissioned the following day and now forms part of Airedales CNC production apabilities.
Apart from producing Compression Springs at high speeds the machine is also equipped with a trough and chute system that permits the automatic production of Garter Springs, Tension Springs and Closed Coiled Lengths of up to 4,metres (80Ft) long. The addition of this machine further increases Airedale Springs CNC production capacity and capabilities, and improves quality and competitiveness in the production of Compression Springs, Garter Springs,and Tension Springs.
