FOLLOWING its merger with Rino Industries, Ondrives has released a range of servo-insert couplings into their extensive portfolio via its biggest ever catalogue.

The servo-insert couplings can be used in applications where vibrations and crushes may appear. According to Ondrvies, the dampening attributes of these couplings are caused by the spider element positioned between the two hubs.

Ondrives says this spider element is available in different shore hardness levels. Customers should use spider elements with low dampening properties for applications with low vibrations and crushes and ones with high dampening properties for applications with high grades of vibrations or crushes.

According to Ondrives, the torque range varies from 1.2 up to 940Nm on the largest sizes. The couplings offer high resistance against environmental influences and temperatures as well as being non-wearing and therefore maintenance free.

Ondrives says the servo-insert couplings can be used in stepper motors, servo drives, machine tools, CNC machines, packaging machines, factory automation machinery and industrial robots.
