A precision engineering firm has created a computer numerical control box for companies hoping to gain more control over their mechanised system.

Hypertherm announced that the EDGE Pro is not only easy to install but is also easy to learn and use, as well as more reliable than any other CNC solution available on the market now.

With a touch screen display and an integrated operator's console, the controller is capable of running on and supporting both oxyfuel and plasma cutting systems.

Peter Brahan, the leader of Hypertherm's automation team, said: "The EDGE Pro offers ease of use, reliability, and a complete turnkey CNC system for cutting professionals.
