Geo Kingsbury Machine Tools has announced the availability of the new EcoCMax single-chamber aqueous system from Durr Ecoclean, with the offering being launched at Surface World 2009.

 
The CNC machine tool provides a three-stage cleaning and degreasing process which even includes hot air drying, taking place under a vacuum in a work chamber made from stainless steel.

Users can load the EcoCMax with components weighing up to 150 kg at the front through either automatic or manual means.

The machine's new cleaning program can be altered to accommodate different levels of workpiece contamination in order to ensure the removal of dirt from both heavily-soiled and slightly tarnished materials.

It was added: "It means that if different parts need to be processed, or there is an alteration in the degree or type of soiling, or if a higher standard of cleanliness is required, EcoCMax can be adjusted easily to accommodate the changes."
