The CNC machining centre has a table size of 2,000 mm by 2,740 mm with a 16 tonne load capacity. It has full CNC positioning over the X-axis stroke of 1,800 mm and Y-axis of 1,325 mm.

The Centeplex, at Mollart Engineering's Chessington subcontracting site, also accommodates traditional machining centre cycles from its over/under shotgun-style spindle, fed from a 60 tool magazine.

The machine is suited for applications such as cooling holes in mould and die, lubrication feed holes in bearing housings and for hydraulic systems requiring interconnecting hole features on larger size components and housings.
