Modder Techknott has taken an old Sega Dreamcast and created a fantastic portable version of the ill-fated console that at the time of launch brought with it some classic games.

This fantastic mod features a colour screen stolen from a PSone, all the original Dreamcast controls and even allows you to connect to your TV via A/V out jacks . Check out the video after the jump to see it in action.

The creator says there are still a few areas he would like to clean up but this gem of a mod includes the following:

A 4500mah battery @ 7.4v, PSone lcd with original backlight, Original DC control pad and triggers, 2 external player ports and multi-av out for playing on big screen, Built in and removable VMU’s, SD card slot on bottom wired to DC serial port, CNC cut acrylic case and mdf walls.
